– Agreement: Any agreement concluded via or as a result of the use of the website Brixt.nl between users or between users and Brixt.nl.

2. Applicability
– These general terms and conditions apply to any offer from Brixt.nl and to any distance contract between Brixt.nl and the user, as well as to any service provided via the website.

3. Offer
– If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
– Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the user what the rights and obligations are that are attached to the acceptance of the offer.

4. Prices and payments

– Landlords are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.
– Tenants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when searching for properties.

6. Right of withdrawal
– The right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to the rental of real estate, as these services cannot be returned by their nature.

7. Complaints procedure
– Complaints must be reported to Brixt.nl within a reasonable period after discovery of the defect.
– Brixt.nl aims to handle complaints within 14 days, with an indication of the period within which the user can expect a full response.

8. Privacy and data protection
– Brixt.nl treats all personal data of users in accordance with privacy legislation in the Netherlands, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Liability
– Brixt.nl cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Brixt.nl.

10. Final provisions
